HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky State Police troopers are searching for a non-compliant sex offender.
Trooper Stu Recke says 45-year-old Victor M. Quarles of Hopkinsville has an active warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration.
He was last known to live in Hopkinsville.
Anyone with information concerning Quarles whereabouts is urged to contact the KSP at 270-676-3313 or toll-free, in Kentucky, at 1-800-222-5555.
