BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - One of two men arrested in the death of a Colorado man found near Lusk, Wyo. has been charged.

Fifty-eight-year-old Russell Britton was charged Thursday with first-degree murder and accessory to murder in the death of 25-year-old Nathaniel Tallman of Lafayette along with three other felonies. The Daily Camera (https://bit.ly/1hHcVxJ) reported that he and his attorney appeared in court and waived a reading of the charges.

An arrest report says Tallman went to meet Britton for a marijuana deal on Jan. 21. Investigators say phone records show the last known location of Tallman’s cellphone was near Britton’s Larimer County home that evening.

The report says investigators found blood in Britton’s van that matched Tallman’s DNA.

Twenty-six-year-old Moises Cazares Mendez is being held in San Diego in connection with Tallman’s death.
