- Flint, 9.5 percent, compared with 8.8 percent.

- Grand Rapids-Wyoming, 5.8 percent, unchanged.

- Holland-Grand Haven, 5.8 percent, compared with 6 percent.

- Jackson, 8 percent, unchanged.

- Kalamazoo-Portage, 6.8 percent, compared with 6.9 percent.
