GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A Simpsonville man has been arrested and charged with killing a West Virginia woman in a Greenville County motel room.
Police say 57-year-old Richard Neil Davis has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of the woman whose body was found around 9 a.m. Sunday in his room.
Coroner Parks Evans says the victim was 50-year-old Donna Sue Roberts of Huntington, W.Va. The arrest warrant says the woman died after she was beaten.
Davis is being held in the Greenville County jail. It was not clear if he has an attorney.
