BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont company that makes gluten-free products has settled its trademark infringement lawsuit against a similarly named enterprise.

In October, Against The Grain Gourmet Foods in Brattleboro sued Against All Grain in California, a blog in which the author, Danielle Walker, posts gluten-free recipes and has written a book called “Against All Grain.”

The Brattleboro Reformer reports (https://bit.ly/1bI41RH) Tom and Nancy Cain in Vermont founded their business in 2006 and got the trademark in 2008. A company representative says the blog will be renamed to “Danielle Walker’s Against All Grain” and that Walker will not pursue a trademark for “Against All Grain.”
