ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - More than 100 restaurants throughout the state are pledging to use products and ingredients grown in New York state.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says restaurants signed to the Pride of New York Pledge will increase by 10 percent their sourcing of state-grown and manufactured products.

Some restaurants will feature wine, beer and other locally produced alcoholic beverages. Others will feature New York-themed dishes with local and seasonal products.

Burger chain Shake Shack, which has 11 locations in the state, has signed up seven locations to use more New York products and ingredients.
