PHOENIX (AP) - A Cave Creek businessman has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and allegedly assaulting a woman at a bar he owns.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials say TC Thorstenson is facing three counts of DUI, one count of indecent exposure and one count of assault.

The Arizona Republic reports (https://bit.ly/1edzlI3) that Thorstenson was arrested after a woman alleged that he tried to remove her clothes and expose himself to her at a home in Cave Creek.

Earlier on that March 8 night, the woman says she visited Thorstenson’s bar where he allegedly offered her free drinks.

A deputy later pulled over a pickup truck driven by Thorstenson and he was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Thorstenson says he has spoken to his lawyer about the charges but declines further comment.
