VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - Police are looking for three teenagers in connection with an early Sunday fire that burned a Clark County apartment complex that forced the evacuation of residents.

Vancouver police says the three teenagers were seen leaving the Bridge Creek Apartments in Hazel Dell. Investigators want to question the trio.

No one was seriously hurt in the blaze.

But the Columbian reports (https://bit.ly/OljgXj) that a three-story block of 18 apartments was heavily damaged.

Clark County Fire District 6 spokeswoman Sarah Mitchelson says when fire crews first arrived at the apartments they used a ladder to rescue a woman in a third-story balcony.

The fire was first reported just before 5:15 a.m.

The American Red Cross estimates that 30 to 40 people have been affected by the fire.
