HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) - Construction is expected to begin in summer on a 228-unit apartment development near Turtle Creek Mall in Hattiesburg.

WDAM-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1dWauZhr ) the Cross Creek Village development will have one, two, and three bedroom garden apartments.

Darlene Montgomery, manager for York Developments, says construction is expected to take 12-18 months.
