PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - In a story March 12, The Associated Press reported that the State Properties Committee had given the go-ahead for officials to negotiate a lease for a joint nursing education center at the South Street Power Station in Providence.

The story should have specified that, if the plan comes to fruition, nursing programs for Rhode Island College and the University of Rhode Island would share space in the center but would continue to be operated separately.
