PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) - A Chino Valley man is in custody for allegedly manufacturing drugs at his northern Arizona residence.

Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials say bond was set at $50,000 Wednesday for 55-year-old Darrell Pombo.

He’s being held at the Camp Verde Detention Center on suspicion of the manufacture a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia plus multiple weapons charges.

Authorities served a search warrant on the home Tuesday. They reported finding several glass methamphetamine pipes, marijuana pipes and used syringes throughout the house.

In a bathroom, detectives say they found a combination of chemicals and supplies commonly used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

They also found a shotgun and homemade firearms, including one with a suppressor attached to the barrel.

Pombo is a prohibited firearms possessor based on a prior felony conviction.
