PHOENIX (AP) - Traffic on eastbound Interstate 10 in west Phoenix is flowing normally after authorities cleared s lanes that were closed earlier Thursday morning because of an accident involving a tractor-trailer rig.
The accident blocked the eastbound HOV and left lanes, resulting in long delays for motorists during the morning commute.
