MEDIA, Pa. (AP) - A second-grade teacher at a suburban Philadelphia school is accused of inappropriately touching three female students.

Fifty-four-year-old Paul Hochschwender of Broomall was arraigned Wednesday on charges of institutional sexual assault, indecent assault on a person younger than 13, and corruption of minors.
