JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) - Johnson City police say they have found the body of a man reported missing in February.
Police said in a statement that they found the body of 19-year-old Jaremy T. Kazen on Saturday in a retention pond behind an apartment complex after a resident reported seeing something floating in it.
Kazen was reported missing on Feb. 13 by family members who said he was last seen leaving a party on Feb. 7.
Police said Kazen’s body was taken to the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center where an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
The investigation is continuing.
