2 killed in Town of Beloit crash

TOWN OF BELOIT, Wis. (AP) - Two people have died in a single-vehicle crash in the Town of Beloit.

Police say a Jeep SUV left Highway 51 Sunday and hit a utility pole. The Beloit Daily News (https://bit.ly/NR0Nl0 ) reports both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

The highway was closed for more than four hours as the crash was investigated.
