PETERBOROUGH, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire police say a pedestrian is dead after being hit by a car on Route 202 in front of the South Meadow School in Peterborough.
The name of the victim in the 7 p.m. Friday evening incident has not been released.
WMUR-TV (https://bit.ly/1pJdywN ) reports the driver was a 34-year-old Concord man. Police say it’s unlikely any charges will be filed.
The State Police Accident Reconstruction Team was called to the scene to investigate the crash.
