INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Indiana residents are bracing for yet another winter storm, this one forecast to deliver heavy snow and a wintry mix of sleet, snow and freezing rain.

A winter storm warning covers central and southern Indiana for Sunday through Monday morning, while a winter weather advisory is posted for Indiana’s northern third.

The National Weather Service says between 5 and 8 inches of snow could fall along central Indiana’s Interstate 70 corridor, while the state’s northern counties could get 4 to 6 inches of snow.

South-central Indiana could receive 3 to 6 inches of snow and sleet. Ice accumulations of up to a quarter-inch are possible from Vincennes through Bedford and Greensburg, where snow and sleet is also expected.

Far southern Indiana is expected to receive mostly freezing rain and sleet.
