HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. (AP) - An eastern Pennsylvania high school math teacher who allegedly began flirting with a male student when she chaperoned last year’s senior prom was ordered to stand trial on charges she had sex with the then 17-year-old in her vehicle last July.

Thirty-four-year-old Erica Ginnetti, of Philadelphia, also waived her Friday preliminary hearing on charges that she sent sexually suggestive text and videos - including one of her performing sex acts on herself - to the boy.

The Bucks County Courier Times (https://bit.ly/1d7j1rL ) reports Ginnetti and the student began texting after she asked the boy at the prom if he wanted to work out with her at a gym. After the contacts escalated, police say Ginnetti met the boy at a coffee shop and drove to a secluded area where they had sex in her vehicle.
