LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Pavlovian poetry

OPINION:

The curricula at too many of our public schools represent political correctness at play in the minds of captive students (“The politics of poetry,” Web, June 18). Often it appears that progressive educators have formed an alliance with Ivan Pavlov’s conditioned reflex, the idea being to turn out young versions of the politically correct mindset.
