TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police have arrested two men in connection with a drive-by shooting that killed a 14-year-old girl.
Police told reporters that a 19-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were arrested late Saturday and early Sunday on first-degree murder complaints. Formal charges have not been filed.
The two are suspected in the Thursday night shooting of April Montano.
Police say Montano was riding with her family in a pickup truck on the Gilcrease Expressway when someone in another vehicle fired into the truck on Thursday. Police say they believe the shooter was trying to steal all-terrain vehicles that were being carried in the pickup.
