More than 9,000 lose power

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Power has been restored to more than 9,000 customers in the Twin Cities area.

Xcel Energy says the outage Friday affected people in Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Coon Rapids, Osseo, Maple Grove and Minneapolis.
