BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) - Bellevue Police Chief Linda Pillo will retire on April 15.

The city manager announced Thursday that Bellevue is looking for a new police chief and expects to choose one later this year.

The Seattle Times reports (https://bit.ly/1n2HQX2 ) the 58-year-old Pillo has been with Bellevue police for 28 years and was the department’s first female captain, major, deputy chief and chief.
