SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - Santa Fe Community College has an interim president.
The college’s board voted Tuesday to appoint Vice President of Academic Affairs Randy Grissom as interim president for an 18-month term.
Grissom replaces Ana “Cha” Guzman. The board fired her in December for unspecified reasons.
Guzman has requested arbitration to get her job back plus back pay, and one of her lawyers has said Guzman plans to sue the college under a whistleblower-protection law.
