PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a man delivering Chinese food was shot and critically injured after he was lured to a vacant northeast Philadelphia property and robbed.

Officers were called to the Oxford Circle section of the city at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and found the victim with a gunshot wound in the left side of his chest.

Chief Inspector Scott Small said a shotgun may have been used. He said three males took money from the victim and one of them shot him.

The victim was taken to Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition. No arrests were immediately announced.
