CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Casper’s newest Starbucks is made of recycled snow fences from Wyoming.

The modular, drive-up store was assembled in Oregon and delivered to a spot near Interstate 25 on Tuesday.

Casper Community Development Director Liz Becher told the Casper Star-Tribune (https://bit.ly/1e7OXOB ) that Starbucks’ designers toured the city in July looking for ideas about how to create a store that would fit the look of Wyoming. She said using the old fences is part of the company’s bigger effort to build with local materials.

The store is expected to be open by March 1.
