Lamar declares curfew as ice lingers

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) - Authorities in Lamar County have declared a curfew from 8 p.m. Wednesday until 7 a.m. Thursday.

County officials tell WDAM-TV (https://bit.ly/1mYHqB9 ) that conditions are expected to remain dangerous with temperatures falling into the teens and ice making many roads impassable.
