LOS ANGELES (AP) - Los Angeles County is offering $20,000 for information leading to the killers in four unsolved shootings.
City News Service says county supervisors approved a $10,000 reward Tuesday to help solve the July slaying of 32-year-old Jason Kennedy. Authorities say Kennedy was shot steps from his home when people got out of a car and opened fire on a group walking in the Westmont area.
Supervisors also renewed $10,000 in rewards in three other cases.
A 53-year-old attorney, Jeffrey Tidus, was shot in the head in the driveway of his home in Rolling Hills Estates in 2009. Twenty-six-year-old Lashown Fils was shot on a Long Beach street in 2012 and Seaborn Mason was shot the same year while standing in front of a Long Beach convenience store.
