BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - A former officer in a Buffalo biker club has been sentenced for conspiring to sell cocaine.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 57-year-old Ricky Allen was sentenced Monday to time served and five years of supervised release.
Allen was vice-president of the Afro Dogs Motorcycle Club from 2009 to 2011 when authorities say he helped one of several co-defendants store cocaine in his home.
Allen agreed to cooperate as part of a plea agreement last year. A month later, authorities say his home was peppered with bullets in apparent retaliation.
Allen was among a dozen people arrested in the 2011 drug trafficking case, many of them Afro Dogs members. Nine were convicted and three were acquitted.
