Milwaukie chase ends in crash on RR tracks

MILWAUKIE, Ore. (AP) - A police chase early Monday morning ended in a crash on railroad tracks in Milwaukie.

KOIN reports (https://bit.ly/1fqjp3h) the driver fled a traffic stop then hit a power pole near Myrtle and Campbelll Street.

The crash knocked out power to the immediate area and damaged Union Pacific tracks, affecting freight and Amtrak trains.
