Hattiesburg police investigates hit and run

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) - Hattiesburg police are seeking the driver of a vehicle that struck and severely injured a 14-year-old boy.

Police spokesman Lt. Jon Traxler tells The Hattiesburg American (https://hatne.ws/1lfZbAc) the boy was traveling on foot when he was struck about 10 p.m. Saturday.

Traxler said the teen was taken to a hospital in Jackson.
