DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - Fire officials in suburban Atlanta say an elderly woman who was unconscious when she was pulled from a house fire has died.
Authorities have said the 92-year-old woman was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital after the fire at her home in Decatur Friday and had been listed in critical condition. Investigators have said the woman suffered smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. The woman’s identity has not been released.
