Police probe suspicious death of NY woman, 81

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. (AP) - Police are investigating the suspicious death of an 81-year-old woman in her Rockland County home.

The Journal News reports (https://lohud.us/1jQ3rlW)81-year-old ) that Peggy Nadell’s body was found Saturday morning by her daughter in her home in Clarkstown.

Sgt. Glenn Cummings of the Clarkstown police called the death suspicious. He said the investigation is in its early stages.

Police said Nadell lived alone. Clarkstown is about 35 miles north of New York City.
