MERIDIAN, Miss. (AP) - Lauderdale County Chief Deputy Ward Calhoun has been honored as the “Law Enforcement Coordinator of the Year” at the State Crimestoppers Conference.

WTOK TV reports (https://bit.ly/1d2OQxz ) that the award was given on Friday in Biloxi.

The East Mississippi Crimestoppers Program was awarded the State’s “Best New Program.”
