TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Bitter cold Arctic air is keeping New Jersey on ice.

Morning lows in the single digits are not expected to rise above the lower 20s on Thursday.

Temperatures will combine with the wind chill to make it feel much colder.

The National Weather Service says there’s a slight chance of snow showers in the afternoon.
