THIBODAUX, La. (AP) - Police say two teenage boys have been arrested in a drive-by shooting in Thibodaux.
The Daily Comet reports (https://bit.ly/1hmAcFM ) 18-year-old Dreonta Robertson and an unnamed juvenile male were arrested after police witnessed shots fired from Robertson’s vehicle.
Police the gun that had allegedly been used during the shooting had been stolen from Assumption Parish. No one was injured in the shooting.
The unnamed juvenile was booked with assault by drive-by shooting, illegal possession of a stolen firearm and illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile. Robertson was booked with assault by drive-by shooting, aggravated flight from an officer and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.
It was unclear whether Robertson and the teen have attorneys.
