Tucson police: Shooting victim dies from wounds

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police say a man shot Jan. 14 has died of his wounds.

Police identify the victim as 35-year-old Osvaldo Vargas.

Witnesses told police that they saw somebody in a vehicle fire several shots toward Vargas’ residence.

That vehicle then drove off.
