GARLAND, Texas (AP) - An 18-year-old Dallas man has been arrested and charged with capital murder in the death of a suburban Dallas convenience store clerk during an apparent robbery.

A Garland police statement says Colten Jon Moore was booked into the city jail Wednesday with bond set at $1 million.

Officer Joe Harn says a delivery driver early Tuesday came upon the body of 31-year-old Yosef Tulu of Dallas behind the counter of the 7-Eleven store. Police reviewed store security video to identify the masked person who robbed then shot Tulu.

Video released by police showed a person with his or her head covered and carrying a rifle.
