FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - A man convicted of rioting in a Fort Collins neighborhood last spring has been sent to jail.

Kodi Noel insisted he is innocent at the sentencing hearing on Tuesday, but a judge said evidence showed he was a leader at the party that turned into a riot where people threw glass bottles, rocks and cans at police.

According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan (https://tinyurl.com/lyfzwc9 ), the judge sentenced the 24-year-old man to 180 days in Larimer County Jail.
