BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The state has lifted a travel alert for southeast North Dakota.

The Department of Transportation issued the alert Monday for Fargo, Wahpeton and surrounding areas.

The alert was issued because of blowing snow that reduced visibility to near zero in some places.
