NEW YORK (AP) - A New York City taxi driver says the slower pace on slippery streets is affecting his income.
Driver Tarik Charfane said Tuesday he was keeping his speed down to 20 mph. He already had passed one accident on Manhattan’s West Side.
Charfane says he needs three customers an hour to make enough money.
The Brooklyn resident says he’ll probably cut short his 12-hour shift and go home.
