NB interstate reopens in Racine County

RACINE, Wis. (AP) - Concerns about a possible explosion caused sheriff’s deputies close a section of the Interstate 94 northbound lanes in Racine County.

The fuel tanks of a semi ignited. The driver escaped without injury. The lanes were closed about an hour Tuesday morning.
