TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police say a man was arrested for allegedly riding a horse along a city street while drunk and with a 3-year-old on the animal.
Police say the man was arrested for child neglect and public intoxication after being found about 8 p.m. Monday while riding the horse with the child near an intersection on the city’s north side. Police say the man was unable to provide the child’s last name or the name of the child’s parents.
The toddler was taken into state custody and the man is being held in the Tulsa County Jail on $50,100 bond.
