FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Fargo police have launched another “Click it or Ticket” campaign.
KFGO radio reports (https://bit.ly/1eibZQl ) that officers will be paying close attention this week to seat belt and other violations.
Preliminary data show there were 134 traffic fatalities in North Dakota last year. Officials say 59 percent of those killed were not wearing a seat belt.
