ELLISVILLE, Miss. (AP) - A four-month class on pipefitting will be offered at Jones County Community College’s Whitehead Advanced Technology Center in Ellisville.
WDAM-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1iWU1o3 ) classes will be held from Feb. 10-June 20.
Classes will meet from 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Completion will lead to certification for participants. The cost is $488.
College officials say the program will deal with basic safety, construction math, use of hand and power tools, blueprint reading, basic rigging and fabrication methods.
