Driving difficult across much of eastern SD

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Fresh snow and strong winds are creating whiteout conditions and slick roads across parts of South Dakota.

And the National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for much of the eastern part of the state for Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning.
