GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) - A 78-year-old man missing for two days has been found dead in his car in Grand Rapids.
Police say the cause of death was not immediately known but there’s no sign of trauma. Robert Farthing was found by a family member Friday night in his Buick Lacrosse, three miles from Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital where he was last seen Wednesday. Witnesses at the hospital told police that he appeared confused.
Farthing lived across the state in the Flint area. Relatives say he was in Grand Rapids because a son-in-law was in a hospital. Anyone with additional information can call police at (616) 456-3604.
