Vt.’s Norwich U hires new corporate relations head

NORTHFIELD, Vt. (AP) - Vermont’s Norwich University has a new director of corporate and foundation relations.

The Northfield-based university says David Thurlow has been working in nonprofit programming, development and management for nearly 20 years with organizations that include the Mount Washington Observatory, New Hampshire Public Television, the University of Vermont and the Vermont Foodbank.

Thurlow says he hopes to help Norwich enhance and expand connections to the philanthropic community_especially at foundations and public-minded businesses.
