PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter following a dance floor assault at a bar in which another man died.
Twenty-four-year-old Zachary O’Neill of Dover is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 23 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Portsmouth police said on April 5, 2013, O’Neill beat 24-year-old Joshua Krantz, also of Dover, during a dispute about a spilled drink on a dance floor in The Page nightclub.
Krantz later died at home; his cause of death was “a fractured skull resulting in an acute epidural hematoma.” His manner of death was ruled a homicide.
