GALESBURG, Ill. (AP) - Two teenagers have been indicted for the December shooting death of a 15-year-old in Galesburg.

WGIL Radio reports (https://bit.ly/1aw39KW ) 18-year-olds Brandon Kenney and Alex Horton were indicted Friday by a grand jury.

Kenney is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm and another gun charge for possessing a weapon without a firearm owners I.D. card.



Horton is facing two different gun charges, including one for being a gang member in possession of a firearm.

The Dec. 22 shooting killed Javon Butler, whose body was found in the backyard of a Knox County home.

Kenney is being held in the Knox County Jail on $1 million bond, while Horton is being held on $250,000 bond.
