SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The Spokane Shock arena football team has been sold to a group of investors.
The group called Arena Football Partners LLC said Wednesday that it had bought the team from Brady Nelson, who founded the Shock in 2006.
The new owners say the team will remain in Spokane and continue to play in the Spokane Arena. The 2014 season begins March 15. Other details of the sale were not immediately available.
